Dear everyone,
I am back in Princeton, NJ now until July 20, working for the CoOPERAtive program. It was founded 7 years ago, when I was finishing out my time as an adjunct faculty member at Westminster Choir College. It is amazing to see how much the program has grown. I am completely humbled by my colleagues, who are some of the top conductors, coaches, and stage directors in the world. Also, I've spent enough time away from WCC to come back with completely fresh eyes, and ears, and feel a little more "grown up" than when I left. It's a good feeling.
Check out the website at: www.thecooperativeprogram.org. I have a fantastic host family who I've known for a while through my work in Hungary.
Princeton is muggier than I remember, though I've spent little time here in the summer.
Photo: these photos are a teaser for an upcoming post (who says that these posts have to be in order, anyway?) ... Of stories last year, too delicious not to share further.
